What is a cloud hosted desktop?
A cloud hosted desktop (sometimes called a virtual desktop or Desktop-as-a-Service) is a complete Windows desktop, with your applications, files and settings, delivered from the cloud. Instead of everything living on one machine, it runs on high-availability servers in our data centres and streams securely to whatever device your staff are using.
If a laptop is lost or breaks, nothing is lost. People simply log in from another device and carry on.
